Updates to this form are made only when PM Revision Control is not activated (the installation parameter PMRVCTRL is set to NO). If PM Revision Control is activated, this form is query-only. |
Follow these steps to update PM equipment.
Open the Equipment of PM form (WDJOBP).
Query for the PM for which to update equipment. Datastream 7i displays the work orders associated with the PM.
Type—Click to select the equipment type.
Equipment—Click to select the equipment.
Choose one of the following options:
Generate work by date—Enter the date by which the PM must be performed for Due date.
Generate work by meter reading—Enter the meter reading by which the PM must be performed for Reading # 1 due and/or Reading #2 due.
Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
