> Viewing Service Requests

Follow these steps to view service requests.

1. Open the Work orders form (WMJOBS).

2. Query for the work order for which to view service requests. Datastream 7i displays the dispatches for that work order.

3. Click the Record view tab. Datastream 7i displays the Record view page.

4. Click the Service request subtab. Datastream 7i displays the Service request subpage and service request information for that work order.

5. View the service request information.
