To approve or reject workflows, first identify the e-mail format by which to approve or reject the workflow. Identify the e-mail format to receive in Notification preferences on the Users form (BMUSER). Users can only approve/reject workflow processes via e-mail if the e-mail format is Mail text, Mail HTML, or HTML attachment.

To avoid incorrect response values, do not include automatic signatures in the e-mail response. |
