> Relating Routes to Work Orders

Associate routes with specific PM work orders after defining routes and corresponding inspection points.

Follow these steps to relate routes to work orders.

1. Open the Relate route to work orders form (IDWOAS).

2. Query for the work order to associate with a route.

3. Route—Click to select the inspection route to associate with the work order.

4. Aspect—Click to select additional inspection aspects to associate with this work order. Datastream 7i retrieves all associated inspection aspect records when you save the above information.

5. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
