> Defining Lists of Values for Inspection Aspect Prompts

Follow these steps to define lists of values for inspection aspect points.

1. Open the Inspection aspect prompt values form (IDLVAL).

2. Query for the prompt/aspect combination for which to define lists of values.

3. Value—Enter the prompt values.

4. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
