> Defining Risk Focus Codes

Follow these steps to define risk focus codes.

Open the Equipment risk assessment form (INRISK).

1. Click the Record view tab. Datastream 7i displays the Record view page.

2. Risk focus—Enter a unique code identifying the risk focus, and then enter a description of the risk focus in the adjacent field.

3. Class—Click to select the class of the risk focus. The classes shown belong to the RISK entity.

4. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
