> Entering Additional Aspect Point Information

Additional aspect point information is similar to the information on the Aspect page but is specific for an aspect/point combination.

Follow these steps to enter additional aspect point information.

1. Open the Monitored data form (IMMONT).

2. Query for the equipment, equipment class, or equipment category for which to add information.

3. Click the Aspect points tab. Datastream 7i displays the Aspect points page.

4. Confidence rating—Click to select the confidence rating for the aspect/point combination.

5. Repl freq—Enter the number of times you replace corrosion measurement tools, e.g., probes, coupons, etc.

6. Minimum Threshold Formula and Maximum Threshold Formula—Click to select the formulae to calculate minimum and maximum critical value for the aspect point.

7. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
