Associate customers’ employee names with customer records to help identify callers for service requests.
Follow these steps to create callers for customers.
Open the Customers form (WMDEBS).
Query for the customer for which to create a caller.
Click the Callers tab. Datastream 7i displays the Callers page.
Name—Enter the name of the caller.
Primary phone—Enter the primary phone number of the caller.
Primary email—Enter the primary e-mail address of the caller.
Primary fax—Enter the primary fax number of the caller.
Default property—Click to select the default property of the caller.
Default building—Click to select the default property building of the caller.
Default floor/unit—Click to select the default building floor or unit of the caller.
Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
