> Defining Common Fixed Pricing Schedules (MOS)

With multi-organization security (MOS), you can centrally maintain prices of fixed pricing schedules used across all of your organizations.

   You can only define common fixed pricing schedules for organizations if the MULTIORG installation parameter is set to YES.

Follow these steps to define common fixed pricing schedules.

  1. Open the Pricing schedules form (WMARRS).

  2. Query for the pricing schedule for which to define common prices.

  3. Click the Price tab. Datastream 7i displays the Price page.

  4. Fixed/Added—Enter the fixed price to add to invoices for the pricing schedule.

  5. Organization—Click to select the organization for the fixed/added price if the organization of the selected pricing schedule is common. Datastream 7i displays only those organizations to which you have access. Otherwise, Organization defaults to the organization of the pricing schedule.

  6. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
