> Spreading Fixed Payments

Follow these steps to spread fixed payments.

1. Open the Customer contracts form (WMAGRS).

2. Query for the customer contract for which to spread fixed payments.

3. Click the Fixed payment tab. Datastream 7i displays the Fixed payment page.

4. Periods—Enter the number of periods across which to spread fixed payments.

5. Months—Enter the interval of the periods across which to spread fixed payments.

6. Click Spread payment. Datastream 7i replaces the selected payment with the number of installment payments entered in Periods.
