Disassociate work orders from a project or delete them completely. Clearing and removing work orders affects only work orders that have not incurred any costs.

Follow these steps to remove and clear project work orders.
Open the Projects form (JMPROJ).
Query for the project for which to remove or clear work orders.
Click the Record view tab. Datastream 7i displays the Record view page.
Choose one of the following options:
Click Unlink work orders. Datastream 7i keeps the project work orders open but removes references to the project. (The value in the field adjacent to Unlink work orders shows how many work orders will be cleared from the project when you click the button.)
Click Delete work orders. Datastream 7i deletes the open project work orders when no costs (hours, materials) have been incurred. (The value in the field adjacent to Delete work orders shows how many work orders will be removed from the database when you click the button.)
