Report Information

Approval of inspection points (IRAPRF)

Click to select a Route, Work order, PM, Type, Equipment, Location, Department, Class, Category, and Route status.

Datastream 7i compiles and prints a report projecting when a piece of equipment will exceed safety values, on what the next inspection date should be based, the last two readings, and all valid measurements taken since the most recent discontinuity.

Create result-based route (IBIRTF)

Click to select a Work order, Type, Equipment, Location, Department, PM, Class, Category, Route, Aspect, Finding, PM class, Point type, and Standard work order.

Interval—Enter the interval at which PM work orders should be generated.

Number of points—Enter the number of points for the route.

Datastream 7i generates a new inspection route and a work order based on the next inspection date. This report will extract only those inspection points that have reached their specific limits. When executed, Datastream 7i automatically generates a new inspection route.

Critical value report (IRCRIF)

Click to select a Location, Department, Class, Category, Type, Equipment, Point type, Point, and Aspect.

Datastream 7i compiles and prints a report list of equipment that exceeded critical tolerances during the last inspection.

Inspection route report (IRJBRT)

Click to select a Work order, Type, Equipment, Location, Department, PM, Class, Category, and Route.

Datastream 7i compiles and prints a report detailing the inspection sequences, aspects, conditions, and methods to examine during a specific route inspection. Use this report to register the results of an inspection for later data entry.

List of inspection results (IRRSLF)

Click to select a Class, Category, Type, Equipment, Aspect, Point type, Point, Finding, Standard work order, and Result.

Minimum value and Maximum value—Enter the minimum and/or maximum value.

Date from and Date to—Enter the starting and ending date by which to retrieve data. Date from and Date to are required fields.

Datastream 7i compiles and prints a report showing the results of an inspection for a particular piece of equipment.

List of points to be inspected (IRLAPF)

Click to select a Type, Equipment, Location, Department, Class, Category, PM, Route, and Aspect.

Date from and Date to—Enter the starting and ending date by which to retrieve data. Date from and Date to are required fields.

Datastream 7i compiles and prints a report listing the inspection points to examine for a particular piece of equipment and route, including the date of the next inspection. Use this report to prepare the "result-based" inspection route for the Create result based route form (IBIRTF).

Status of inspection points (IRCHKF)

Click to select a Route, Work order, PM, Type, Equipment, Location, Department, Class, Category, and Route status.

Datastream 7i prints a status of the inspection route.

This report is based on the Approval of inspection points report (IRAPRF). However, the Status of inspection points report does not update status to A?Approved for the inspection results reported from the inspection route.
