Project area cost summary (JRACOS)

Click to select the Project.

Datastream 7i prints a summary of project costs by cost area. The report includes the project number and status for the project, the actual cost to date, on order costs, invoice differences, invoice costs, planned costs, the estimated cost of the project at completion, the actual cost of the project at completion, and the total available cost for the project.

Project cost breakdown (JRCODL)

Click to select the Project and the Budget code.

Datastream 7i prints an overview of cost per project per budget.

Project cost summary (JRCOSL)

Project—Click to select the project.

Datastream 7i prints a summary of estimated, planned, ordered, actual, and total cost per project.

List of work orders for project (JRJOBL)

Click to select the Project.

Datastream 7i prints a list of work orders created for a project. The report includes the project number, subsequent work order numbers, status, target dates, hours worked to date, and remaining hours.

Note: If you are using multi-organization security (MOS), and you select a master Project in your selection criteria, Datastream 7i only retrieves those work orders created in the specific organizations to which you have access.

Project purchase orders (JRORDL)

Click to select the Project.

Datastream 7i prints a summarized list of purchase orders created to procure materials and external services. The report shows the project number, subsequent purchase order numbers, ordered and due dates, the total PO value, and the to date received amount.

Note: If you are using multi-organization security (MOS), and you select a master Project in your selection criteria, Datastream 7i only retrieves those purchase orders created for work orders in the specific organizations to which you have access.

Project budget code cost summary (JRPBCS)

Click to select the Project.

Datastream 7i prints a summary of project costs by budget code. The report includes the project number and status for the project, the actual cost to date, on order costs, invoice differences, invoice costs, planned costs, the estimated cost of the project at completion, the actual cost of the project at completion, and the total available cost for the project.
