Generate reports related to work. Datastream 7i generates several types of work reports.

Datastream 7i prints a list of PM work orders that were bypassed because they were superseded by another PM work order. The report includes a summary of the bypassed work orders, the major work order for which the PM work orders were bypassed, the date, equipment, nesting reference, work order type, priority, meter due date for the first and second meters, the reading of the first and second meters that triggered the release, and the overdue percentage. |

To print custom fields added for work orders on the work order card, select Work order custom fields. To print custom fields added for equipment on the work order card, select Equipment custom fields. To print document attachments associated with work orders in addition to the work order card, select Print attachments. Note: You can only print document attachments that are Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (.PDF) files. Start date and End date?Enter the starting and ending date by which to retrieve data. |
Datastream 7i prints individual work order cards for each work order that include barcodes for the event activity numbers. If applicable, Datastream 7i also indicates whether any cGMP equipment is included in the work order. By default, the card includes the work order details, task listing, diagnostics, repair details, and related equipment information for work orders scheduled on the Daily scheduling form (WDDSCH). Datastream 7i also includes any comments entered for the work order header and the work order activities. Comments entered for the work order header are printed in the header portion of the card. Comments entered for activities are printed in the activities portion of the card. You can also select to print additional information on or with the work order card, such as custom fields or document attachments, based on the selection parameters and options you select. If you would like to print work order cards consecutively without a page break for each work order activity, use the Print work order cards report (WRJOBN). The Print work order cards report (WRJOBN) prints work orders in exactly the same format using the same selection parameters as the Print work order cards report (WRJOBF); however, it does not insert a page break between each work order activity. |

Select to generate the report for a single employee or a group of employees. You can also select to sort the report output by employee, trade, department, qualification, and organization. By default, Datastream 7i sorts the report by employee. |

View the number of activities that were scheduled and worked on the same date, the number of activities that were scheduled but not started on the same date, the number of activities that were worked on and not scheduled on the same date, as well as the percentage of activities scheduled that were worked on the same date. |

Datastream 7i lists detail schedule activities. Depending on how you set up the report criteria, you can review the schedule date for scheduled work (but not started) on the same day, activities scheduled and worked on the same day, or work done but not scheduled on the same day. (You might have multiple lines for some activities.) You can select to sort the report output according to the activities that were scheduled but were not started on the scheduled date, the activities that were worked on and scheduled on the same date, or the activities that were worked on but not scheduled on the same date. |
