Export planning sessions from MS Project after scheduling work or modifying schedules. After exporting the session, you must approve the information in Datastream 7i before the Datastream 7i updates the database.
Follow these steps to export sessions from MS Project to Datastream 7i.
Open MS Project, and then open the scheduling project to export to Datastream 7i.
Choose Tools | Datastream 7i Add-in from the MS Project menu. MS Project displays the Datastream 7i AddIn dialog box.
Click Export to 7i. MS Project exports the scheduling information to Datastream 7i. The Project status of the session(s) in Datastream 7i then changes to Imported.
