> Updating Information in Datastream 7i from MS Project

Update the Datastream 7i database with scheduling information for minor updates, such as updating the percent of work completed.

Follow these steps to update information in Datastream 7i from MS Project.

1. Open MS Project, and then open the scheduling project to update in Datastream 7i.

2. Choose Tools | Datastream 7i Add-in from the MS Project menu. MS Project displays the Datastream 7i AddIn dialog box.

3. Click Update 7i. MS Project exports the updated scheduling information to Datastream 7i. Datastream 7i updates the database and changes the Project status to Approved.
