> Viewing Percent Complete of Work Order Activities

View the percentage of a work order that has been completed. This information is only available if it has been entered in MS Project and exported to Datastream 7i.

   The percent of work complete can also be viewed on the Activities page of the Work orders form (WMJOBS).

Follow these steps to view percent complete of work order activities.

  1. Open the Work order activities form (WDACTJ).

  2. Click the Record view tab. Datastream 7i displays the Record view page.

  3. Query for the work order and activity for which to view the percent completed.

  4. View the % complete.
