> Freezing and Unfreezing Activity Schedules

Temporarily freeze a schedule to compare the actual work done against the work that you scheduled. Frozen activity schedules cannot be updated.

Follow these steps to freeze and unfreeze activity schedules.

1. Open the Freeze activity schedules form (WXSCHF).

2. Dept—Click to select the department for which to freeze or unfreeze schedules.

3. From and To—Enter the starting and ending dates for the freeze period.

4. Click Freeze schedule. Datastream 7i freezes the schedule.

5. To unfreeze the schedule, follow the above procedures, and then click Unfreeze schedule.
