Daily Order Required Reading:  The daily orders generated by Operations management for the operators.  When a daily order is created in the log_entry table it's id is also kept in this table with an in effect flag. The order will be displayed as a log entry to the operators each day until the in effect flag is turned off.  Required Reading can be published to the any Logbook user but work essentially the same as Daily Orders.
