When filtering a form, Datastream 7i displays only those form records that meet the specific criteria. For example, apply a filter to the Work orders form to display only those work orders assigned to a specific trade.

You can define, modify, delete, and apply defined filters from the options toolbar. To display the filter option choose View | Forms | Filter from the menu bar. Datastream 7i displays Filter in the top right section of the options toolbar. Click to select the filter function to perform. |
