When sorting forms by specific fields, Datastream 7i displays the records in either ascending or descending order, depending on the selection.

You can define, modify, delete, and apply defined sorts from the options toolbar. To display the sort option choose View | Forms | Sort by from the menu bar. Datastream 7i displays Sort by in the top right section of the options toolbar. Click to select the sort function to perform. |
